Reception was not nice arrived with a baby and a 4 year old and no bed was provided for the 4 year although was reserved !!

came late, and the POS terminal didnt worked well. I was too tired, payed cash. Should have another terminal and maybe revolut business.

Room is spacy and quiet. WiFI is OK. Free bottle of water in the room every day.

Waited at reception at check-in and checkout - always a que. Be prepared to wait extra time to get an invoice at check out. The food in the restaurant downstairs is pretty basic and not value for money.

Wonderful location, lots of greenery, nice shade from the trees.The location is quiet, far from traffic.They have large parking lot, both above and underground.Nice, clean room.Extremely comfortable bed!!The staff was very nice and welcoming.

The staff was very very bad,non respectable,there was two girls at the reception working,they were looking and laughing for us when we want to regesiter maybe they didn’t like that we are foreign I don’t know why,and also she gave me another room level,i told her i booked another level,she told me we don’t have more room,when i begin to argue her,and i told her i wanna cancel it ,she quickly found me the room what i booked ,really i was so upset,second i booked one king bed,in room was two seperate bed ,third there was no towels only two,and small,so there was no towel for ground for face and extra,

6 Euro for overnight parking Failed to mention that this is not a 3 bed. Room or that no extra bed will be provided ( booking search for 3 guests - 2 adults, one teenager) - had to sleep on the couch

Dog-Friendly! You can even bring your dog to breakfast. Surrounded by beautiful parks. Other restaurants in walking distance.

The room was clean and what was expected based on the pictures.

The mattress could have been higher quality but i guess it's ok for price payed.

Long queue (about 20 people) to a coffee machine, only one working out of 3? Choice of food rather poor. No kattle in the room.

This is a lovely hotel with some really quirky decor. Room was very large and comfy with a nice view to the front of the hotel. There is a park area closeby which was lovely to walk around.

The restaurant was not that friendly but language was likely the cause. Felt a little rushed at breakfast.

No facilities No cleaning during whole stayReception Staff was not helping at all & rude in dealing with us I reserved one queen bed but they don’t have, what they have as they said 2 beds in all rooms & they pushed them together & for me was not comfortable although there was an option during booking to reserve big bed.They haven’t cleaned my room for 5 daysNo facilities in the room other than TV & internet

Dirty bathroom, no possibility to boil water in the room for our baby’s feed. It wasn’t possible either to borrow a kettle from the reception. When we wanted to buy breakfast for the morning they said all was booked up. Never had that in any hotel in my whole life.

Good hotel, great location..... watch out for double charging

Over the last twenty five years we must have stayed in this hotel at least twenty times....... this time the hotel placed a pending charge for the full amount owing for two rooms (we were with friends) to my card on arrival...... and then charged my card the full amount again on departure. So far I've had double the amount owed deducted from my available bank balance..... and five days after we departed, despite notifying the hotel, this pending charge has still not been rectified!

Looks much better and more spacious rooms than in photos. Excellent location in a no-car zone and next to park. Great breakfast.

The room was clean, nice and comfy bed and the towels were changed every day. Easy location to town centre, parks and the train station. The receptionists were helpful and welcoming. They provide a small safe to keep valuables. When I went down to reception in case there is a problem, they sort it out quickly.As for the staff,, luckily there was one staff member who speaks English on the next shift and he helped to print my boarding pass before I checked out.

Some of the staff don't understand and speak English which makes it difficult to communicate. The phone to call the reception wasn't working and every time I needed something I had to go up and down the lift from the 4th floor which was annoying. The worst part there was hardly any staff at the reception in the evening. I had to go around looking for someone to get help. The room was not sound proof as I could hear people talking from the room next door. It was very hot as there was no air conditioning in the room When I went down to inform the reception, a lady staff told me that unfortunately she can't help me with this as the hotel doesn't provide fans for clients.

Easy parking and walk into town. Very large room and clean.

Internet was average. Staff had trouble finding the booking even though I spotted it within seconds on their system.
